1 Applicability
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession.
2 Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Rico Priewe Einzelunternehmen.
By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Terms of Delivery
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our store:
Credit card via Stripe
In cooperation with the payment service provider Stripe, we offer you credit card as a payment method. You enter your credit card details when placing your order. After you have been legitimized as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
PayPal
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Payment Processing through PayPal Services
In cooperation with the payment service PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You do not need to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount. Depending on the selected payment method, you may be redirected to the PayPal website and the selected payment service after placing the order:
Credit card: You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged.
Giropay: You can enter your payment details on the PayPal website and confirm the use of your data by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the website of paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M. ("Giropay"). In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: On the PayPal website you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited.
Sofort by klarna: On the PayPal website, you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich ("Sofort"). In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
6 Warranty and Guarantees
Validity of the Statutory Liability for Defects
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.The following restrictions and shortened time limits shall not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent
- in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened up
Restrictions for Consumers
The following applies to the purchase of used goods by consumers: if the defect occurs after the expiry of one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (fredis UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Garbodenhagen 19, 18437 Stralsund, Deutschland, moin@fredis.shop, Phone: 0152/21829342) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

8. Liability
We shall always be liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb, or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner can regularly rely, (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount forseeable damage, that typically has to be expected, at the time the contract was concluded. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
